Inclement weather \/ make-up classes<\/span><\/h3><\/div>
\u2022 All sessions have a 9th week scheduled. This 9th week will only be used if necessary due to inclement weather.<\/p>

\u2022 On a rainy day, please call the Kiddie Soccer office at (973) 543-1197 before heading out to the field. The status of that day’s classes will be left on the voice mail message.<\/p>

\u2022Should there be more than 1 rain-out for a given session, you will be asked to attend another class\/location\/day\/time to serve as a make-up class. A class will count as one of the 8 classes if at least 30 minutes of the class is completed.<\/p>

\u2022 In the event of a child missing any given class in their session, you are welcome to make up the class at another session. In order to do so, please call our office first to check on class availability.<\/p>

Non-Participation<\/span><\/h3><\/div>
\u2022 Refunds will only be issued in the case of medical situation. Documentation from a doctor must be provided.<\/p>

\u2022 In the case of a child not willing to participate in the classes, a credit voucher will be issued. The voucher is non-transferable. Credit vouchers must be requested no later than 48 hours after the 2nd class. The cost of the class(es) and a $10 administrative fee will be withheld from the amount of the credit voucher.<\/p>

\u2022 Refunds will be issued for PRIVATE programs (the ones held at preschools). The cost of the classes that have taken place and a $10 administrative fee will be withheld from the amount of the refund.<\/p>

\u2022 Refunds will not be issued for PUBLIC programs. However, we will issue a credit voucher to be used towards a future season with us.
